The increased risks for the goods resulting therefrom cannot be ruled out despite technical progress.
The transportation law governing these processes is multi-layered, fragmented, confusing, international, and complex. Each mode of transport is internationally regulated in separate treaties under international law such as CMR, MC, WC, CIM or CMNI.
